In addition to the above named four Russians the following Russians are also employed. Two on the executive committee of the Krok Man Tong Seven on the committee of Administration (civil ?) Eight on the committee of Military Affairs. Thirty-seven are employed in the secret service and "staff" branches. Twelve are employed in the Admiralty Department. Ten are employed in the Aviation Department. Sixteen are employed in the Propaganda Department. Three in the headquarters of Cheung Kai Shek. Twenty-eight in the lat Infantry Corps of Cheung Kai Shek Ten in the 1st Artillery Corps of Cheung Kai Shak Tour at Bocca Tigris Forte.

There are thus 141 Russians working in the Canton Government, without counting those who have no official position.

In the Red Army, beside the Military organisation there is a "party" erganisation. In every company when 5 persons are "comunists" they form a call. Two cells compose a cœmittee. Two committees form an "action" (executive) committee, the head of which is a Russian.
